aCity Health Department Approval:
If you have a septic system.
aTax Clearance Certificate
No Permit will be issued until a certificate has been obtained from the Tax Collector's Office
aYou must bring in the above approvals along with a detailed drawing of your deck (2 copies) to the Building Inspection Department for a permit. (CONTRACTORS: You must have the owner of the property sign the back of the Building Permit Application before submitting the application.)
