uPlanning & Zoning Approval
uWetlands (if needed)
uTax Clearance Certificate
No permit will be issued until a certificate has been obtained
from the Tax Collector’s Office.
uWhat Information you need to provide:
o Brochure or Data Sheet from Manufacturer: must include minimum snow load information (30 lbs. per square foot) and rating information (for 110 mile per hour winds).
uFor installation of shed: Mechanical fasteners/anchors must be properly fastened to resist 110 mile per hour design wind loads. Fasteners cannot be made of plastic.
