2009 CPSC Lead-Related Recalls

2007 CPSC Lead-Related Recalls
2007 proved to be a busy year for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) with regard to lead hazards. During 2006, there were a total of 20 lead-related recalls total. In 2007 there were 111* recalls, 2 statements, and 1 warning issued. Thirty-one (31) of the recalls involved children’s jewelry.  The following is the list of lead-related recalls that were issued during 2007:
