Vaccines will be provided by appointment only due to the limited supply of vaccine at this time.
Private medical providers who serve the those in the priority groups will also be receiving 2009 H1N1 flu vaccine. Please contact your medical provider to determine if you can receive the H1N1 vaccine at your provider's office.
Residents of Milford that are interested in receiving the vaccine MUST make an appointment by calling 203-783-4813, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.
Appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis depending on availability of the vaccine.
The vaccine will be provided free of charge at the clinic.
The Milford Health Department will continue to receive H1N1 vaccine over the coming weeks and months. The vaccine will be from various manufacturers and each vaccine is licensed for slightly different age groups with some additional restrictions. As long as vaccine is in limited supply, eligibility will be by priority groups established by the Center for Disease Control. Small clinics will be held on an appointment basis.
