police received a complaint of an unruly person at the milford hospital emergency room. upon investigating police learned that walkley was not a patient at the emergency room however he was there waiting for a friend to be treated. walkley began to shout obscenities at other persons in the waiting area for unknown reasons. security asked walkley to leave and he refused. police arrived and attempted to escort walkley out and he began to struggle with the officers. walkley was subdued and arrested.

plain clothes police officers conducting an anti crime patrol observed mantini acting suspiciously in the connecticut post mall, holding something in his hand that resembled a narcotic. upon investigating, mantini refused to divulge what he was holding an attempted to get away from officers. he was detained and upon investigating further, police found mantini in possession of 9 wax paper folds containing heroin. subsequent his arrest and searching his girlfriend’s vehicle, police found 10 was paper baggies, 8 levothroid pills, 1.5 grams of marijuana, and marijuana seeds. mantini told officers all of this contraband was his.
