police stopped casey for a motor vehicle violation and subsequently found her in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia used to ingest it.

rogers was arrested on september 26, 2006 on a warrant issued by the new haven housing court after a complaint filed by the milford health department for health code violations.  rogers posted bond and failed to appear in court on December 11, 2007.

police received a complaint from mall security that willoughby was on mall property after previously being instructed not to return for one year following a november shoplifting arrest.

police received a complaint that caporal was making threats to a former female companion who is pregnant with his child.  according to the complaint, caporal attempted to pay a fellow employee to break into his former companion’s home, assaulting her in a manner that she would lose the unborn child.  the third party employee reported this information and police conducted an investigation that led to a warrant being issued for caporal.

police received a complaint that a snow plow truck was stolen from the parking lot of the kimberly diner.  police observed the vehicle east on the boston post road in the 1500 block.  police attempted to stop the vehicle however the operator refused to pull over.  the vehicle crossed into the town of orange and milford police stopped pursuing the vehicle. orange police attempted to stop the vehicle and the operator again refused to stop.  west haven police took over the pursuit as the vehicle crossed into west haven.

the operator stopped the vehicle and fled on foot in the area of jeffery street.

milford and west haven k-9’s were used to track the operator and he was found hiding under a vehicle on knox street.

the operator, identified as banister was taken into custody.

banister was found to be driving while intoxicated and he refused to admit to an intoxilyzer test.  banister is also accused of striking another vehicle when he exited the kimberly diner parking lot.

        2 counts of CRIMINAL trespass 3rd degree

        2 counts of conspiracy

police received a complaint of two males acting SUSPICIOUSLY in the area of darina place.  investigation led to the arrest of wilhelm and another 17 year old male who we accused of entering two vehicles and taking personal belongings from them.

        liquor control violations




on February 23, 2008 milford police conducted a joint operation with liquor control, addressing possible violations of liquor licenses at two milford establishments.  SUBSEQUENT that operation, police issued 4 infractions for smoking violations at the star café, 131 bridgeport avenue.

a liquor control agent also observed the bar tender serving an intoxicated individual and a hearing at the liquor commission is pending for the violation.

agents then went to alfa’s pizza where 3  infractions were issued for smoking violations and one 17 year old was found in possession of alcohol.  a liquor commission hearing is also pending for alfa’s establishment as well.
