This moderately paced program is designed to be fun and invigorating that works to tone and firm the abdominal and core muscles using a vinyl ball, strengthen and define leg and upper body muscles, and improve the cardio-vascular system and overall posture. Overweight individuals, men and women with weak lower backs and those seeking a diversified and stimulating cardio and toning workout are encouraged to attend. Please bring either three or four pound hand weights to class with you for use during the strength training/toning and a 45 or 55 cm size exercise ball. Linda Ball will instruct the class.
