police received a complaint of a shoplifting incident at target, 1201 boston post road. while enroute, officers were informed that the suspect fled on foot and was being chased by security. milford police arriving in the area observed the suspect running across the boston post road. the male refuse to stop for police and continued running. after a short foot chase and with the assistance of k-9 judge, arrington was taken into custody as he ran back towards the mall area. arrington is accused of taking a lcd television without paying for it.

on february 1, 2008 milford police received a complaint of a domestic dispute at 111 jepson drive. investigation led to a warrant being issued for gall who is accused of assaulting his former spouse causing injury.
on february 2, 2008 milford police received a complaint of trespassing at 111 jepson drive. investigation led to warrants being issued FOR ELAINE and robert gall who refused to leave the apartment of a friend when requested.
