on November 7, 2007 nicole quiles made a complaint to the milford police department, that she was stopped by a police imposter at the intersection of bridgeport avenue and kerema avenue. quiles stated the police officer asked her for her phone number during the motor vehicle stop. the investigation revealed that the incident did not occur and a warrant was issued for quiles.

on February 4, 2008 AN employee of cox communication on wheelers farm road in milford received a harassing and threatening e-mail. INVESTIGATION IDENTIFIED howard as the author of the e-MAIL. through an order of ex parte search warrant was EXECUTED at his residence 4 Orchard street west haven. after SEIZING his computer and FORENSICALLY reviewing his hard drive. evidence was found linking him to the COMPLAINT and a warrant was ISSUED.

police received information that fox was in possession of narcotics. police stopped a vehicle that fox was riding in and upon investigating found fox in possession of several bindles of wax folds containing heroin and BAGGIES of cocaine. while being detained by police, fox pushed a narcotics detective and attempted to flee. he was immediately subdued and take in to custody.

on march 1, 2008 police received a complaint of a robbery at the shell gas station 190 woodmont road. the complaint was that a male indicated he had a knife, reaching over the counter and grabbed cash from the open cash drawer.
on march 4, 2008 police investigated an attempted larceny at the cumberland farms gas station on the boston post road. the complaint was that a male attempted to take cash from an opened cash register. however the clerk closed the drawer on his hand and the SUSPECT DID not get any money.
through investigation police developed eccles as a suspect after the video footage was released to area police departments. an orange officer believed the suspect was eccles and a photo line up was DEVELOPED. the victims identified eccles and warrant were issued.

police received a complaint that two males were observed spray painting a sign on river street. police responding to the area, located and stopped the two youthful OFFENDERS. police found them in possession of spray paint and markers police then discovered the two males were RESPONSIBLE for spray painting a sign at the court house, city hall and merto north POLICE FILED charges after the two were linked to new VANDALISM to the high street rail road over pass and the milford train STATION.
SUBSEQUENT the arrest, a vehilce was impounded and inside, evidence was found linking the males to other VANDALISM incident in milford and SURROUNDING towns. additional charges are pending
