montana is accused of taking $25.00 worth of merchandise without paying for it. subsequent his arrest, he gave police on alias name of juan garcia and when fingerprinted, the afis fingerprint machine identified him as antonio montana. he was additionally charged with interfering and forgery.

on october 1, 2007 milford police received a complaint of a possible INAPPROPRIATE relationship between a 15 year old female and a 23 year old male from a school ADMINISTRATOR at jonathan law high school.
investigation led to a warrant being issued by milford superior court for farrell who is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female.
farrell turned himself in after learning of the warrant issued for his arrest.
