police received a complaint of a disturbance in a home on wildwood avenue. upon investigating, police arrested king who is accused of THREATENING to kill his mother and damaging the inside of her home.

police stopped a VEHICLE for a violation and SUBSEQUENTLY found the OPERATOR and his passenger in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia used to ingest it.

fallon is accused of taking $32.95 worth of merchandise without paying for it. The stolen property was found in a bag attached to the rear of a stroller, occupied by his 23 month old child, who he claimed took the item and he didn’t realize it. police determined the 23 month old was not strong enough to lift the item and could not reach the bag on the stroller. he then asked if his wife could be arrested because he was on parole. subsequent his arrest police notified fallon’s parole officer.

on January 15, 2008 police stopped pero for a motor vehicle VIOLATION and during the stop, she was found to be intoxicated and with self INFLICTed wounds. she was transported to milford hospital for an evaluation. while at the hospital she attempted to kick and bite a police officer. a search warrant was issued to view pero’s hospital records and they revealed she had an elevated blood alcohol content. an arrest warrant was then issued and pero turned herself in this morning.
