police received a complaint of suspicious activity at a home under construction on soundview place. investigation led to police locating battalino walking away from the home, wearing black gloves. battalino was detained while a security check of the home was conducted. a neighbor approached police and said he observed battalino at a trailer used to store tools and a female operating a red ford probe had dropped him off. the female retuned and left again when she observed the neighbor talking with battalino.
police found 2 nail guns valued at $800 taken from the trailer and placed at the fence line near the street. battalino told police he was responsible for taking the nail guns from the tool trailer.
other officers in the area located nicole rolfe operating her vehicle on ridgewood road. she was stopped and police found bolt cutters on the floor of her vehicle. the witness identified rolfe as being the female who dropped off battalino and returned
both battalino and his GIRLFRIEND rolfe were SUBSEQUENTLY arrested and held on bond.

on march 7, 2008 milford police APPREHENDED lesko while he was committing a burglary to a home on the milford/orange town line. after that apprehension, lesko was found in possession of items that were stolen in a burglary to a home on west river street in milford, AFTER a warrant was issued, lesko was brought to milford court on a habeas and the warrant was served.

police received a complaint that levine THREATENED to kill a woman, her child and her FIANCÉE who live in milford. she also threatened to have the woman’s cell phone service cancelled because she had her social SECURITY number. levine claimed connection with a gang called “niataj” of bridgeport and the victim feared for her safety.
while investigating, police learned that the cell phone SERVICE of the complainant had been ACCESSED FRAUDULENTLY and turned off.
police located levine at 2:55 pm and arrested her at her new haven home.
