on February 18, 2008 police received a complaint of a stolen laptop computer from a home on atwater street. investigation led to a warrant being issued for schimanski. police stopped a vehicle schimanski was riding in and she attempted to flee to avoid being arrested. she was apprehended and an added charge of interfering was applied.
