this past weekend, staff at the stonebridge RESTAURANT incorporated a no TOLERANCE policy on persons using fake IDENTIFICATIONS to gain ACCESS to their alcohol establishment. officers hired on private duty by stonebridge were alerted by staff regarding persons using fake IDENTIFICATION and requested their arrest.
officers issued SUMMONSEs to the above listed persons and they were released on a promise to appear in court. the identifications were SEIZED by officers.

police received a complaint of a disturbance in a home on carmen road. investigation led to the arrest of yarson who is accused of knocking a plate off a table, which broke into pieces. a piece of the plate struck a 3 year old child present during the dispute. bennett was arrested for striking yarson after the plate incident occurred.

During the month of march 2008 the Milford Police Department’s tactical unit initiated a narcotic investigation targeting reichbart at 105 NAUGATUCK avenue that is within 1500 feet of both saint Gabriel’s School and Simon Lake School. as a result of this investigation a SEARCH warrant was issued and executed on April 18, 2008 at the naugatuck avenue home along with the Drug Enforcement Administration. reichbart was found in possession of forty bags of suspected heroin and $200 cash. reichbart was arrested and charged with above violation. reichbart was released on a pta.
