milford police received a complaint of a bomb threat at the alternative education school located at 40 quirk road. investigation led to the identification of a cell phone number registered to a 16 year old student at the alternative education school. subsequent interview of the 16 year old male revealed that he conspired with the 14 year old arrested. the 16 year old called the school number and the 14 year old male stated there was a bomb in the school. INITIALLY the 16 year old gave police a false written statement to police.
