police stopped zelinsky for a motor vehicle violation and found him to be driving while intoxicated. subsequent his arrest, zelinsky failed to cooperate with the booking procedures and attempted to strike a police officer. an intoxilyzer test indicated he had an elevated blood alcohol content.
