police received a complaint of a hit and run motor VEHICLE accident in the area of 354 woodmont road. WITNESSES provided a description of the suspect vehicle and police located it a short distance away. the operator, caristinos was found to be driving while intoxicated. subsequent her arrest, she was found in possession of paraphernalia used to ingest marijuana and she refused to take an intoxilyzer test.
