police received a complaint of a ONE-CAR motor vehicle accident on surf avenue. investigation led to the arrest of schell who was found to be driving while intoxicated when she drove off the road, striking a parked vehicle. subsequent her arrest an intoxilyzer test indicated she had an elevated blood alcohol content.
